Avocado and feta topper

Avocado are nutritional powerhouse’s good source of Vitamin K, C, B6 and E but also folate, potassium and magnesium. Also high in monosaturated fats shown to reverse insulin resistance to help regulate blood sugar levels.

1 Avocado

30g/1oz feta

20g/0.75oz Fresh Coriander

Black Pepper to season

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 15 seconds all just mix together in a bowl.
  2. Serve spread on toasted sour dough or rye bread
