Provide your Employees with a Positive Nutrition Boost!
Inspirational and informative talks on numerous subjects. Easily delivered via Zoom or Teams. This could be part of a health and well-being week organised by HR for their employees or a small company wanted to offer some healthy advice to their employees from a trained health professional.
We all know in these unprecedented times that your personal health is key. With many of us still working from home, these talks can easily be delivered via social media platforms such as Teams or Zoom. They usually last 20 minutes with time at the end for questions. The talk can easily fit into a lunch time or break slot so wont impact too much into the working day.
I have also been invited as a guest speaker to fit these talks on to the end of fitness classes being delivered online.

During lock down my work changed from in person to virtual. I invited Fiona to do a talk these have become so popular that we now need to video them and send them out to about seventy people each time. Fiona’s nutritional and lifestyle talks have been a lock-down highlight for me. Fiona is extremely knowledgeable. The information in Fiona’s talks is distilled down from the enormous amount of research Fiona has undertaken and presented in a digestible (no pun intended) and practical way.
