About Me

I started work within the fitness industry 23 years ago working in and managing Fitness Clubs, Leisure Centres and Spa's. 13 years ago I began my journey training as a Nutritional Therapist I completed my first course in Naturopathic Nutrition with the  College of Natural Nutrition. Then went on to complete another three year course in Nutritional Therapy with The College of Naturopathic and Complementary Medicine. I am in the process of studying my Masters in Public Health Nutrition at Southampton University.

Keeping current and up to date with Nutrition research is my main priority. I spend a lot of my spare time reading, researching and  attending Nutrition and Medical seminars and also watching Webinars on current and up to date nutrition information. Please see my Facebook Page if you would like to link to my weekly newsletter or be kept up date on whats 'new' in the world off health.

Passionate about my chosen profession. I believe in making nutrition, understandable, enjoyable, practical and adaptable to an individuals lifestyle and needs. Ultimately I hope to empower a person to heal themselves. I aim to listen to what a person needs and treat the cause not just the symptoms. Please see the Contact page if you have any questions.
