About Me
I started work within the fitness industry 20 years ago working in and managing Fitness Clubs, Leisure Centres and Spa's. 10 years ago I began my journey training as a Nutritional Therapist I completed my first course in Naturopathic Nutrition with the College of Natural Nutrition. Then went on to complete another three year course in Nutritional Therapy with The College of Naturopathic and Complementary Medicine. I am in the process of training as a lecturer in Nutritional Therapy.
Passionate about my chosen profession. I believe in making nutrition, understandable, enjoyable, practical and adaptable to an individuals lifestyle and needs. Ultimately I hope to empower a person to heal themselves. I aim to listen to what a person needs and treat the cause not just the symptoms. Please see the Contact page if you have any questions.
I now live and practice in Shaftesbury, Dorset, but can also arrange visits in the surrounding area when needed.
